  The Copy Shop is the appointed booking agent and exclusive printer for the promotional boards and posters around the Gaiety/Villa Marina complex.

  Use of these advertising spaces is free of charge and come only with a confirmed booking for any of the venues.

  They are allocated on a first come – first served basis.

  Each booking may have space for the week or the duration of the event if longer than a week – and a further three weeks beforehand, subject to availability.

  The fixed prices, as agreed with the Department of Economic Development, include the printing, putting up and taking down of the promotional material.

  Prices include printing from supplied artwork and single-sided laminating where appropriate, mounting onto 5mm Foamex board, the supply of the board or renovating and restoring existing board and re-mounting, installation class and removal.
